A day of the program might look like
Morning
An introduction to your bespoke program, with video examples of services your salon keeps access to. We talk through wins, struggles, confidence and passions, work through the booklet and a little relevant theory, then begin on models and demonstrations.
Afternoon
Supervised work on models, with guidance where needed, plus a live demo.
The process
How it works
Discovery call
A meet and greet! We get to know each other, and I get an understanding of what you need for your team. Your program outline and quote are then sent for you to review.
Shadow day
A day in salon where I am a fly on the wall, quietly observing how your team works and watching services to find any gaps that will be added into the program.
Touch base
A Zoom call where I present your program, and we plan and lock in your timetable.
Training begins
The exciting part! Your team's skills refinement journey begins, on a schedule that suits you, whether that's consecutive days or weekly sessions.
